For balanced chest development, incorporating decline bench pressing will help to target the lower part of your chest more so than flat or incline bench pressing adding width and more definition. The Decline Bench press also removes some of the stress from your shoulders and lower back and is moved to your lower pectorals making them worker much harder.
Our fixed position Decline Bench Press has been designed to position you at 20 degrees, this is ideal for chest development. Manufactured with four robust upholstered rollers, which lock you in place, you’ll find it comfortable to use with extra stability.
The build quality is second to none and as it’s made using 5mm thick steel uprights, you can be confident of its durability no matter how much you’re lifting. The nickel plated bar catchers won’t chip or rust as with powder coated alternatives.
The oversized spotter footplates mean your training partner can easily assist you at the start and end of your lifts without excessive stretching or leaning to support the bar.
You can customise this bench further by choosing to add pegs allowing you to utilise bands for more dynamic training methods.
You can also opt for adding 250mm long, nickel plated weight horns so you will always have plates to hand when you need them. With both of these add-ons you can always choose to include them at a later date if you wish.
