Compact Platform - Kustom Kit Gym Equipment

A platform is important to provide a suitable base for compound movements such as deadlifts not only will it help protect your flooring it will help to reduce both noise and vibration.  This compact lifting platform is the perfect solution for those of you with a small amount of space but you don’t want to sacrifice on your training.  With a lifting area of 1m deep it’s perfect for undertaking deadlifts.

It's different from others on the market and is made with a unique system which offers slots at the fixing points allowing for adjustments so you can ensure the rubber tiles are secure offering a very stable platform for deadlifting.

We use superior rubber tiles specifically made for the fitness industry.  Manufactured in Germany, they are of the highest grade rubber found in any deadlift or Olympic lifting platform.  At 40mm thick, they feature an extra dense rubber crumb and EPDM finish which reduces bounce off the barbell and offers a firm platform to lift on.

In comparison, lower cost platforms often use plywood and thin rubber tiles or tiles with voids or feet on the underside which break apart and degrade during heavy deadlifting.

With this platform you have the option to add band pegs which will give you a great versatility for dynamic training methods.  Please be advised when using band pegs the platform will need to be bolted down using 4 x 8mm holes positioned on the front and rear crossbeam (bolts are not supplied) and must sit on a flat and level surface.
