The benefits of this movement are plenty.  By improving your grip strength you’ll see this carry over to compound movements such as deadlifts. The exercise will increase your postural strength which will aid in more controlled movements when squatting, bench pressing and deadlifts so it’s great for not only strong man competitors but also powerlifters and many other athletes.  


Essentially, utilising farmers walk handles will help to strengthen your legs, increase shoulder size and forearms and develop core strength making it an all over body exercise.   


The Kustom Kit Farmers Walk Handles are incredibly tough with a fixed single type of grip.  They're fitted with 34mm handles.  However, if you want something a little extra upgrade to 43mm handles which will help you make even more gains with your grip strength.     


Whilst our Farmers Walk Handles are heavy duty they weigh only 7.5kg each so are perfect for anyone to use and an ideal accompaniment to crossfit facilities or in conjunction with prowlers or dog sleds.  


With enough capacity to easily load up to 250kg you'll have plenty of opportunities to increase weight increments and break through your weightlifting plateaus.
