Under-developed glutes can compromise your strength and power so incorporating hip thrusts into your workout is a must.
Common methods for the hip thrust movement is to do them on the floor, which inhibits full range of movement or to utilise a standard flat bench which can sometimes be too high for the user and it can be difficult to find the right arm and elbow position.
Using a hip thrust bench enables you to easily achieve the correct starting position and undertake the movement with stability thereby maximising its benefits.
Most hip thrust benches incorporate a flat back support, not so with ours. We opted for a back and shoulder support that is on a decline. This prevents the user from sliding and gives a consistent point of contact while thrusting.
The addition of multi position band pegs mean you can incorporate bands to further increase resistance providing an even tougher workout.
