The Kaizen Power Rack is a commercial grade rack with a huge range of J Hook and safety bar adjustments.  The Rack is manufactured with 200 holes on the main uprights alone with close spaced holes , 3 adjustments for every 100mm, offering many variations for set up giving you a hugely versatile rack suitable for all athletes no matter their stature and build.

The J Hooks are of a ‘sandwich’ style and are manufactured from 10mm thick steel and feature nylon bar catchers to protect the knurling on your barbell and due to the way they slot into the rack they will not twist side to side when moving the barbell.

The Safety Bars also feature a plastic strip which runs the length of the bar to protect your barbell and feature hole spacing for some of our future attachments.   The rack attachments include plastic inserts to protect your rack from damage as you’re adjusting the height.

You can choose to include a fully integrated platform with this rack either in all rubber or with wooden insert for Olympic lifts.  The pull up bars come with 90 degree pull up handles allowing for a pronated or supinated grip but we also offer an upgrade of a neutral and angled handle to vary your training.

This rack requires fixing to the floor due to its compact footprint
