First off, it is manufactured with iso-lateral arms meaning you can effectively target each side of your mid and lower back muscles building equal strength and symmetry.

One of its more unique features is that there is no ‘drop off’ in weight thanks to the twin arm design.  The majority of standard mid row machines have a decrease in weight at the furthest contraction point of the movement this has the negative effect of taking the weight away from your muscle and putting it on the machine instead offering no user benefit.

It features a multitude of adjustments so no matter what your stature and build you can be certain that this seated row will be perfect for you.

It offers both adjustable chest and seat pads with adjustments that are nickel plated to prevent rust and numbered for quick and easy set up.  Each pad can be angled to your desired preference enabling you to hit different parts of your mid and lower back.

The handles on our plate loaded mid row are fully adjustable and can be rotated a full 360 degrees for precision set up and each handle  is chrome plated and knurled for a luxury feel and finish.  The actual reach of the handles can also be adjusted allowing you to either bring them closer to you or push them further away depending on your preference.

It’s one of the more compact mid row machines on the market and will take up little of your valuable floor space and you have the option to choose from a broad range of frame and upholstery colours to give it that personal touch, you can even add your gym logo.

The entire mid row is manufactured from steel  components which are 10mm thick adding to this machines overall strength and it runs on 18 roller bearings allowing for smooth and trouble free use which will last a lifetime in your commercial gym.
