Our Adjustable Step Up Platform is a multi use functional item that can be used for a variety of exercises such as calf raises, step ups and box pushups.  It’s small enough to make it ideal for home gyms yet strong and sturdy enough for commercial facilities.   Its height can be adjusted from 150mm to 700mm in 50mm increments offering a wide range of set up options.

The adjustable step up platform is a functional item that can be used in home, garage and commercial gyms.

Exercises that can be performed with this step up platform include the following; box jumps, these are great for building explosive power and target all of your lower body muscles.

Step ups, this is a much more gentle exercises but still effectively targets your thighs, hips, glutes and core.  You can even target your upper but undertaking box push ups.

The platform can be adjusted from 150mm (its lowest point) up to 700mm (its highest point) in 50mm so setting up for a wide variety of exercises is easy.

The footplate itself is 600mm by 400mm so offers plenty of space for a range of foot placements and adds to its versatility.

The uprights are numbered for fast set up and nickel plated ensuring they stay in excellent condition with no chipping.

The grab handle to the rear of the platform and nylon wheels make it very easy to move around when required.
