The EZ Curl Bar is slightly more unusual in its appearance but it’s a perfect speciality bar to use for adding mass to your biceps.

The bar is designed in a way that ensures both your elbows and wrists are at a more natural position.  Because you’ll carry out the movement with your hands slightly pronated, this will help to remove any stress from your wrists and reduce the likelihood for injury.

As well as helping to prevent injury it’s also a great bar to use if you’ve suffered from any arm injuries as it keeps both wrists and elbows in a natural position making it considerably more comfortable to use whilst still effectively isolating your biceps.

We also cover the weld at each end with a plastic cap, this means that once you’ve loaded on plates they sit flush and do wobble against a bare weld making this bar much more comfortable and stable to use.
