Our Prowler sled offers a fantastic all over body workout and improvements to cardiovascular fitness.

Sometimes referred to as a Dog Sled or Pushing Sled, this piece of gym equipment is extremely easy to use.  If you’re a beginner, simply grab the handles from the top, keep your arms extended and body at around 45 degrees from the sled.  As you get used to using the sled, you can begin to use it with a lower grip.

The Kustom Kit Prowler Sled is manufactured in the UK to commercial specification with a weight rating of 175kg.  It features nickel plated handles and weight horn, this means they won’t chip as you’d likely find with powder coated alternatives.

The handles are also interchangeable, so once you’ve pushed or pulled your sled to one end of the room, there’s no need to turn it.  Simply remove the handles and place them in the opposite side before commencing your workout.

Typically used on an Astroturf floor, you also have the option upgrade to plastic runners helping the sled move that little bit smoother.
